Sheryl underwood is a comedian as well as a host on television as well as an actor in the US. She's best known for her work as The Talk's morning co-host. Sheryl Underwood was born in Arkansas and grew up in Little Rock, Atwater, as well as Atwater. Sheryl comes out of the midst of a difficult background. Sheryl was raised by her sister Frankie. Frankie had suffered with the disease of Polio. When she was growing up, Sheryl had many problems with her mother. Sheryl states that in one instance her mother stabbed her father because he was becoming too close to her. Sheryl joined military after graduating from university. Her passion for the military was comedy. In 1989, she became the first woman to make the finals of the Miller Lite Comedy Search contest. Her TV career started in 1992 as a participant on the HBO comedy program Def Comedy Jam. The show was in the show Oh Drama! as the host in 2000. In 2011, she began appearing as a co-host on The Talk as co-host. She has also been in fictional roles on shows such as Bulworth Nikki and Beauty Shop.
