Morgan Fairchild, born Patsy An McClenny, in 1950 on February 3rd is an American actor. She became famous in the 70s and 80s for her roles as an actress on television series. The glamorous look of her was the most prominent feature on these shows. Fairchild made her debut on the show Search for Tomorrow on CBS in the role of Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. In 1978 she appeared in the soap opera of the same name Dallas for the first time as the actress to play Jenna Wade before taking a lead role in the NBC series Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she was nominated for an Golden Globe Award for Best Actress for Television Series Drama). The show was a short-lived ABC premiertime drama Paper Dolls. In the following season in 1985-1986, she played the role of attorney Jordan Roberts as part of Falcon Crest. Fairchild was involved in the theater, as well as in appearances on television shows including Roseanne Cybill, Friends and Murphy Brown. For the latter she won a Primetime Emmy Award. She also serves as a SAG-AFTRA board member.
